In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, managing, and refining electrical harness systems, components, and architectures that power the next generation of vehicles. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and global stakeholders, contributing your expertise to ensure our electrical systems meet the highest standards of innovation, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and update the electrical harness component database.
- Maintain ECAD database across multiple MAN software platforms.
- Study CAD drawings for electrical harness components.
- Apply knowledge of ECUs and harness systems in design processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to implement changes.
- Use tools like MSI JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project for project tracking.
- Support the product development cycle from concept to launch.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Strong knowledge of electrical harness components and ECUs.
- Proficiency in electrical component data management software.
- Experience with PLM tools such as Windchill or OAS.
- Knowledge of Capital Harness, Capital Design, Capital Logic, and EBCL.
- Understanding of wiring harness manufacturing and sheet metal processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a team environment.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- BE / ME / B-Tech / M-Tech in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience.
Good to Have
- Capital tool know-how for harness and schematic design.
- Basic knowledge of design quality processes.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships.
Software Proficiency
- PLM Windchill, OAS, Capital Harness, Capital Design, Capital Logic, EBCL
- MSI JIRA, MS Project, Confluence
- Office 365 Suite
